Have Any Questions?

Every Aaditya Jewel piece is handmade to order in our Surat workshop. Please allow 8–10 working days for your piece to be crafted, quality-checked and dispatched. Delivery to the US then takes about 3–5 days, so most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks of ordering. Once shipped, insured delivery is free worldwide, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Yes. We ship worldwide, and shipping is always free and fully insured, in discreet, secure packaging.

Your jewelry travels in a premium Aaditya Jewel gift box inside discreet, secure outer packaging — no branding on the outside. Every shipment is insured and trackable, door to door.

If you need your piece sooner, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to prioritize it in the workshop. During peak festive periods, making time can be a little longer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify's secure checkout.

Yes — Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout on eligible orders, so you can split your purchase into smaller, interest-free payments. We do not offer a separate layaway plan.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your unworn piece in its original condition. To start a return, contact us and we will guide you through it. Return shipping costs are payable by you. Custom, personalized and engraved items, and pierced earrings, cannot be returned.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us the size or style you would like instead. Once we receive your piece back, we will craft and ship your exchange.

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method. We will email you at every step.
